Attrition, headcount, and time-to-fill numbers each lived in a different file, updated on different schedules, with no single place for leadership to see workforce trends together.
Department heads often learned about an attrition spike only after it had already hurt delivery, because the quarterly HR report that would have flagged it arrived weeks after the numbers changed.
The solution

The layout surfaces top-line workforce KPIs first, then lets HR business partners drill into any department, location, or manager to see headcount trend, attrition risk, and recruitment funnel progress — with the same numbers leadership sees in the executive summary view.
